Your use of the Site and participation in our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this Site. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Site is provided for informational and booking purposes only. You agree to use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

This section applies only to content you voluntarily submit. Photography and video captured by Let It Ride Charters, LLC during charter activities are governed separately below.

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during charter trips for marketing, promotional, educational, and operational purposes. By participating in any charter or activity operated by Let It Ride Charters, LLC, you grant us the irrevocable right to use photographs or video in which you may appear, without compensation, for lawful business purposes including our website, social media platforms, advertising, and promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of your trip. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, exclusion from all incidental or background imagery cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings made through the Site or affiliated booking platforms are subject to availability and confirmation.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking. You are financially responsible for all bookings made by you or on your behalf. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those providers.

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the specific policies disclosed at the time of booking.

Participation in boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, water conditions, marine life, equipment use, and physical exertion.

Participation in any charter operated by Let It Ride Charters, LLC is subject to the terms of any liability waiver, assumption of risk agreement, or release executed in connection with your trip. Such agreements are incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and those parties.

The Site and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let It Ride Charters, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let It Ride Charters, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Site 
• Participation in charter activities 
• Reliance on information provided on the Site 
• Acts or omissions of third parties
   

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or services is to discontinue use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let It Ride Charters, LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your participation in our services.

The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Site or our services at any time without notice for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive termination.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the State of Florida.
